Our comprehensive live certification, led by a Spinning Master Instructor, prepares you for the Certified Spinning Instructor online

exam and provides you with the knowledge and skills to become a dynamic indoor cycling leader.

• Spinner® bike setup and safety

• Cycling biomechanics

• Creating motivating class ride profiles

• Coaching and teaching skills

• Spinning Energy Zones™ and heart rate training

• Visualization techniques to enhance the mind/body connection

• Practical Assessment & online theoretical assessment

During the training, we will also discuss the Spinning Instructor

Certification pathway, including continuing education opportunities.

The Spinning® journey starts with a single pedal stroke, but being a Certified Spinning Instructor requires the passion to commit to the most comprehensive training and continuing education program in the industry. Certified Spinning Instructors are some of the most highly-trained and best-supported fitness professionals in the world and they all share one trait—dedication to the  oncepts for which the Spinning program is so widely known and loved. Our drive to create great instructors starts with the Spinning Instructor Certification, a comprehensive training led by a Spinning Master Instructor that includes practical and theoretical concepts and teaches instructors everything they need to know to begin teaching Spinning classes. With a regularly updated Spinning® Instructor Certification Manual, based on the latest science and progression in the field of indoor cycling,  instructors learn how to create safe and effective Spinning sessions.

As a Certified Spinning® Instructor, nothing can take the place of hours in the saddle. What is learned through training or by  eading a class will be the most important tool. After attending the Spinning Instructor Certification and passing the final online exam your certification card will be mailed, which is valid for two years from the date of your live Spinning Instructor Certification. Prior to teaching classes on your own, it is recommended that you complete a self-paced training program that includes co-teaching with an experienced Certified Spinning Instructor at a facility near you and completing Spinning continuing education  ourses and workshops. We are a quality controlled training program and proud.

Renewal:

To renew your certification, one must earn 14 SPIN® continuing education credits (CECs) every two years. The Spinning program offers a variety of workshops, online courses, trainings and other live events to help you earn your CECs. Many of our  ontinuing education products offer CECs from other organizations such as NASM and ACE, REPS and CIMSPA to name a few.
